We are leaders in our field and we work with global brands in the enterprise Saas, and Fin tech accelerators.
We are building an outbound team for the US market based in Mexico and we are looking for absolute sales performers to ensure the success of this launch market.
The Role – SDR
The main role of the SDR is to set up appointments for the BDM to start the sales process.
You will need deep experience in outbound sales and social selling. You are a doer, you understand good processes and will lead by example.
Working with pre-built prospect lists – calling to make introductions, looking to set up discovery meetings. A master in CALLING.
Responsibilities:
- 60-80 calls a day
- Set up appointments with USA based prospects
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Follow Monthly KPI´s.
Requirements:
- English is native or 2nd language must be speaking 9/10
- Experience in B2B sales 1-5 years min
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience – calling into the USA
- B2B – IT Saas experience is preferred
Qualifications:
- A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
- Skilled in social selling
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives
- Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
- High energy and positive attitude
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Advanced LinkedIn skills – sales navigator
- Standard Salesforce/ ZoomInfo skills
Remuneration:
Market rate with all the trimmings
